Ceramic houses are made of vertical structures made entirely from natural materials. The technology Polytech 3E has an excellent response from customers in Western Europe, which came to the fore in the construction of not only the family houses, but residential, office and social houses as well.
Lightweight ceramic structures are produced as prefabricated units according to the requirements of professionals and clients. All the installations are built in the walls and the final interior wall finish can be implemented by painting or smoothing.
The main advantages of the ceramic prefabricated houses:
wall thickness of 25 cm meets the specified standard values from 2016, and wall thickness of 35 cm meets the specified standard values to be set in 2020
only natural materials with optimal attributes for human health are used
thanks to pre-manufactured parts, sophisticated construction method and the exclusion of wet processes, you can live in your new home in just few weeks from the start of construction
accurate calculations, the possibility to finance the construction in stages and saving time and energy, which saves money as well
technical and aesthetic qualities
accuracy in millimetres
The brick house is not typical for all the regions of Slovakia. Each region has its typical traditional architecture, which naturally resulted from environmental conditions and available materials. In some regions they have traditional half-timbered or timbered wooden houses. Later the brick house spread to all regions and now we slowly return to the materials, such as brick. Technological development in the field of prefabricated buildings established the creation of new construction methods with the use of new materials. Using technology exclusively from natural materials, as in our case, is a modern and successful return to tradition, as a new generation of light ceramic houses that do not need walling.
Prefabricated house – how it actually is?
Prefabricated houses are very popular abroad.80%of completed new buildingsin North America are prefabricated houses whereas in Europe the percentage is around 50%. Prefabricated houses have many advantagescompared to houses built in traditional way. It is a pity that until now they were seen just as wooden buildings, or as a reinforced concrete construction. How their use affected us?After many bad experiences from the past, when the emphasis was put on quick and easy installation and the sound and thermal insulation properties of constructions were often forgotten, mistrust of this construction method entrenched.Imperfection of old prefabricated houses and prefabricated concrete construction of settlements left deep scars in the minds of residents and potential future investors. For example, the word “concrete block”, which refers to flat parts intended for installation, raises uncomfortable, often mistaken association, because of concretes and wooden materials. Same thing with the word “prefabricated house”which conjures up images of either subtle construction like concrete prefabricated houses or temporary construction, as in the case of wooden prefabricated houses.
Prefabricated house – a new generation of light all-walled ceramic houses
The new generation of prefabricated houses made of ceramic materials have significantly outperformed the traditional method of construction, mainly in the requirements for:
- thermal resistance – which reaches values that highly exceed the minima specified standard
- environmental demands – in prefabricated houses, where natural materials with optimal attributes for human health are used
- time-saving – thanks to pre-manufactured parts, sophisticated construction method and the exclusion of wet processes, you can live in your new homein just few weeks from the start of construction
- money-saving – accurate calculations, the possibility to finance the construction in stages, saving time and energy, which saves money as well.
Ceramic prefabricated houses have the best certificates of technical quality. In the area of technical and aesthetic qualities, where accuracy is already moving in millimetres, along with thermal and sound insulation properties, prefabricated houses experienced a huge leap forward while getting ahead of not only the traditional brick houses in all parameters.
